How to Get Google Analytics Reports Every Day by Email Automatically!

In this guide you will get to know about how to get Google Analytics reports every day by email. Yes, Google Analytics now allows users to send report(s) to an email address everyday, once every week or quarterly.

Steps to Get Google Analytics Reports Automatically By Email!
Step 1: Just sign into your Google Analytics account

Step 2: View your website stats/reports by clicking on the left side links. (By default “Visitors Overview” report will be shown)

Step 3: Just below website report heading eg: “Visotors Overview”, There you will see a link called “Email BETA“. click on it. A new inline window will be open.

Step 4: Enter your email address and Subject in their respective fields.

Step 5: Click on “, CSV” drop down menu next to “Attachment” label, there you will see some options like “CSV, TSV, TSV for Excel and PDF”. These are the reports format which will be sent to you. Choose one of them.

Step 6: Click on “Weekly” drop down menu next to “Frequency” label. Choose how frequently you would like to get reports. It can be “Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly. If you choose “Weekly” or “Monthly” then some extra options will be shown like “Day of Week” or “Day of Month”. Choose one of them.

Please note: By default, these reports will be sent to you till 6 months. If you like to change, then click on “Advanced Options” and choose time frame from the drop down menu.

Step 7: Type your message in the white pane.

Step 8: Click on “Send” button on the bottom.

That’s It. Now, we just have to wait for the first Google Analytics Reports delivery by email.

    Cool feature, but unfortunately there’s no way to manage or cancel existing email subscriptions, and for example, the daily reports aren’t sent until late in the afternoon the following day. By then it’s old news – these should go out shortly after midnight.
